advertising with The Lantern! The final issue of the Winter Quarter is Monday, March 15, 2010. Deadline for that issue is 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 11, 2010. Classified Advertising must be placed for each quarter. Therefore all classified advertising for the fall quarter ends with the Monday, March 15, 2010 issue. If you want a classified ad to appear in the Monday, March 29, 2010 issue you must place a new ad beginning with the March 29, 2010 issue. The first issue of the Spring Quarter is Monday, March 29, 2010. Deadline for that issue is 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 25, 2010. If you are a current Lantern customer, please take the time to review the Lantern Policies for Classified Ads and then, get started quickly by skipping to the Section titled "Ad Information" below and entering information regarding your newest ad. If you have forgotten your login information, please contact us during office hours Monday-Friday 8:00-5:00 at lanternads@osu.edu or 614-292-2031, ext 42161. If you are new to our online ad order entry system, Please spend time Reviewing the Classified Ad Policies, then enter your ad information, providing us with your contact information. |

Ad Policies Classified ads must be placed before 3:00 PM 2 business days prior to the publication date. Classified ads must be run in consecutive days. Classified ads must be prepaid. Classifieds ads extended by contacting The Lantern BEFORE the last day of the run period may be extended under the same ad. Once the ad has expired the ad may be replaced under a new ad entry. Refunds for prepaid classifieds may be requested in writing through email at Lanternads@osu.edu. Requests are generally granted only if there is an error in the ad which alters the advertisement significantly. Online ads may appear one day later than the ad in The Lantern, but will then run one day longer as well. When placing the ads through our offices, we ask that you submit the ads in writing through email at Lanternads@osu.edu, or fax to 614-292-3722. This helps us make sure your ads are placed so that your products and services are presented as you want them to be seen.
